2025-01-07	*****		I'm extremely apprehensive about workout programmes, already very knowledgeable with fitness but I took the plunge & really blown away by my progress so far. So much content included, very straight forwards & easy to use app, videos are really helpful & the layout makes it easy to use whilst training. A bonus if it was available to use offline. Lots of recipes, able to swap exercises both home and gym, even a period tracker. Thankyou for this platform, really humble couple 💕
