IntervalUp - HIIT Tabata Timer

Tired of interval timers that die when the screen locks, beeps you can't hear over your music, and ads after every set? IntervalUp counts every round to the end — screen off, music on.

ONE-TAP PRESETS
• Tabata (20s work · 10s rest × 8)
• HIIT 40/20 × 10
• EMOM 10 (every minute on the minute)
• Boxing rounds (3 min · 1 min rest)
• Circuit, 3 sets (45/15 × 6 with set breaks)

BUILD YOUR OWN
Warm-up, work, rest, rounds, sets, set breaks and cool-down on one simple screen, with the total time shown live. Save as many routines as you like — free.

KEEPS GOING WITH THE SCREEN OFF
A live notification shows the current phase and time left, with pause and stop right on the lock screen.

HEARD OVER YOUR MUSIC
Spoken cues ("Go! Round 3", "Rest"), 3-2-1 beeps and vibration at every phase change. Your music dips for a moment and comes right back — it never stops. Cues follow your media volume.

READABLE FROM ACROSS THE ROOM
Orange for work, green for rest, blue for warm-up and cool-down, with giant full-screen digits.

MULTI TIMERS
Plank, laundry, pasta — run several named timers at once. They ring even when the app is closed.

SEE YOUR CONSISTENCY
Workouts, minutes and streak this week, plus a home-screen widget. A gentle nudge after two rest days (rest days are respected).

ZERO POP-UP ADS MID-WORKOUT
No pop-up ads ever interrupt your workout — just a small banner at the bottom. Remove ads for good with a one-time purchase — no subscription.

Home workouts, the gym, CrossFit, boxing, running intervals — start with a 4-minute Tabata today.
