the school is not good

I read in this school "kathmandu valley" and this app is great I don't have any problems like 3 people who commented down there. But I have a request can this app also work when network is gone can pls TCP update it. Sometimes in my house the light is gone only in that time I need the TCP most for my homework,projects,and watch pictures that TCP uploaded. But this app is the best App of schools. THINK IT ITS 100 STARS but the learning material 1-2 links doesn't work, so plsss update it,
