As an authorized TCL dealer in Pakistan, I emailed TCL Home support on 9 June 2026 about the electricity monitoring feature missing in BreezeIN 18T3-PRO-21. No reply. I sent a follow-up too. Still silence. TCL advertises "Creative Life" but ignores its own dealers. When a brand stops listening, cracks appear in its own vision. Please respond — your dealers deserve better.
