TC Group Planning

TC Group Planning is the TC Group employee app. Employees see at a glance

when they are scheduled, indicate when they are available to work, and clock in their hours
on location. Administrators create the schedule, allocate the food trucks, and approve the hours.

The app is intended for TC Group employees. You can only log in with an account
that has been created or approved by TC Group. FOR EMPLOYEES
- Your monthly schedule, including times, address, and which trucks are accompanying the crew
- Submit your availability — for individual days or an entire period at once
- Request vacation and days off
- Sign up for open jobs and fixed shifts
- Clock in and out at the job, with automatic break calculation
- Your hours worked this week and the monthly total
- See if you are driving and who you are riding with
- Keep track of your personal details: address, phone number, shirt size, and driver's licenses
- Receive a notification as soon as you are assigned or if anything changes in your schedule

FOR ADMINISTRATORS
- A weekly board showing all jobs, trucks, and who is stationed where
- Assign personnel, taking into account who has indicated their availability
- Add freelance workers without an account to a job
- A driving schedule per job: driver, co-drivers, trailers, and driver's licenses
- Automatically schedule fixed shifts in advance
- Track leave and sickness with balance per employee
- Approve hours, correct breaks, and manually add hours
- Wage costs per job, per week, and per month
- Export hours and personnel data
- Send announcements to the entire team

The app works on phone and tablet and updates itself automatically, so that everyone
always works with the same version.
