Tuan Chau Scanner is a dedicated mobile application for ticket checkers at the entrance gates of events, conferences, concerts, and programs organized by Tuan Chau. The application helps control entry quickly, accurately, and reliably, even when the network at the event is intermittent.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid staff account provided by the organizers

• Android device with camera
• Internet connection (recommended; offline support has a time limit for synchronization)
ACCESS RIGHTS

• Camera: only for scanning QR codes/barcodes on tickets, not for recording video or saving images to the gallery
• Internet: Connects to the ticket authentication server and synchronizes data.
• Vibration: Provides haptic feedback upon successful or failed scanning.
SUPPORT
This application is for internal event operations. Staff requiring technical support on event day should contact their supervisor or the organizing committee's IT department.
