The TB12 mobile app offers a library of engaging videos, information, and advice to transform your mobile device into a dynamic workout guide.

Everybody is different, so your workouts should be too. That is why we design unique workout programs for each client focused on helping them reach their personal goals. We use resistance band workouts and muscle pliability work as a primary or complementary way to train.

The TB12 app is free to download and use — you can also upgrade to TB12 Premium by selecting an auto-renewing subscription option:

$99.99/year

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

The idea of the program is good but the app needs a lot of work before it can be taken seriously. There are frequent glitches in the workouts, no customization whatsoever, no ability to update your plan after you create it for the first time, and no customer service that I am aware of. Once these issues are taken care of it could be a good app.
