Big improvements

Absolute shambles. Whoever designed it would benefit from spending a shift with a driver to witness the absolute shitshow he's created from constantly freezing and mindless unneccesary swiping to not being able to tell you how much you've taken. Oh and it also lets the passenger know your full name on the booking?!. The passenger app is equally tedious and won't recognise basic addresses. If I wasn't changing career I'd be sorely tempted to work for another firm
