Insectix

A swarm invades the garden. You, your sprayer, and a line to hold.

Insectix is a fixed-screen arcade shooter drawn like a cartoon, built for a touchscreen and for short sessions.

ONE THUMB
Slide your thumb: the gardener follows, firing is automatic. No buttons, no menus to learn — you are playing one second after launch.

THE SWARM ARRIVES IN FORMATION
Wasps, beetles and butterflies swirl onto the screen before taking their ranks, then descend step by step, faster and faster. Thin them out and the survivors regroup. Some break rank to dive at you, others armour up, and a dragonfly drifts across with bonus points.

A SPIDER EVERY 8 WAVES
A four-phase boss: more and more shots, then her spiderlings let loose on you. Her threads cancel your shots. Four mushrooms shelter you, erode under fire and never grow back.

SIX POWER-UPS
Triple shot, double shot, rapid fire, a protective water drop, an extra life — and the homing missile, which clears a whole area.

THE RANKING
Three initials, like on arcade cabinets. The server appends a number so nobody is mistaken for you. Three boards: this week, this month, and the all-time LEGENDS. Your personal bests follow you offline too.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
No account, no sign-up, no free-text nickname. Three letters and a score, nothing else. You can erase your scores from the ranking inside the game, in two taps.

Free, funded by ads. A single purchase removes them for good.

Six languages. Works offline, except the ranking.
