2025-01-26	Ni*****	These TATA AIG people are behaving like a fraud, I did a health checkup and they refused to give reimbursement saying it's a targeted health checkup and not preventive health checkup. The plan I took is the highest one they are offering. They didn't give even a single rupee. I couldn't believe it when I saw the reason. I will talk to the ombudsman to see what they say and how to proceed. Beware of these tactics they are using to refuse claims.

2025-01-20	Aj*****	Don't buy the health policy, it' completely waste of money. Even though I purchased health policy the 3 years ago without a single claim still the cashless was denied even in the network hospital without proper reason. Worst customer service ever seen.

2025-01-12	ra*****	Very disappointed with their customer service. Have not recieved a single call after leaving the car to the nearest Tata dealer for claims. If this was a other insurer they call us once in two days atleast to provide an update and this is has been 7 business days now.

2025-01-08	Ja*****	With my personal experience, it seems TATA AIG team is professional fraudster. As i initiated the claim with fully document along with the details. They taken 1-2 weeks to review it and I got confirmation from one their executive that claim settled after 2days claim got rejected with showing the reason. Very awful experience. Never recommend to get policy of TATA AIG. Thanks for frauding with my hard earned money:)

2025-01-04	hi*****	Worst customer support and It's difficult to access the app when you have to consult same doctor because history of your prescription and other chat left in back date in separate chat section. Toll free support is also not good we have to mail and wait for their reply if their is any problem we are facing in app.

2025-01-02	Ar*****	The worst insurance claim experience ever. I ll suggest never buy their policy they will not help you to claim your policy. I am trying to claim my insurance. But they are totally not giving me any claim number or any help . Its happening from a week. These people are just scammers. (Zero star will be toomuch for this company.)
