2026-08-20	Ch*****	The app doesn't link to online moving orders, which makes it absolutely useless. There's no way to lookup and add orders to your account or contact a human being for service. There's nothing you can do on this app that you can't do online.

2026-08-20	Ma*****	The service is great, the app however is terrible. The main issue is that when I swipe to go back (ie. without pressing the actual back button) the app completely exits. when I reopen it, it returns to the original home screen so I have to do it all again. Terrible design.
