2022-03-18	Za*****	The app has the capacity to tell you which fingers you are activating, but doesn't during practice. So while you might be tapping the correct combination for the letter, the app isn't registering all of the fingers you tried to tap, but it doesn't tell you what fingers it did register. So you have to guess at what is wrong and try several compensations before something works or you time out. Infuriating. The number of time I have tapped "space" but it doesn't register. I still don't know why.

2021-12-14	Er*****	As others have said the device works fine as a keyboard but for some reason THEIR OWN APP fails to recognize inputs so the training tool is unusable. In my case it was fine before an update. Never allow an update if your version isnt broken and the update has no notable new features.

2021-06-24	K *****	It will teach you how to tap but is full of bugs/issues. The biggest issues are: Stuff frequently hangs off the screen, partly unreadable. Exercises disapear from the main menu (especially "Numbers"). Love the Tap-Strap, hate the apps. They will teach you but be prepared for lots of frustration and confusion.

2021-03-28	Na*****	Doesn't work on my S10+. Like other reviewers have said, other apps recognize the keyboard but this one does not. Taps do not register, making it useless. Frankly, I'm appalled that this app, whose garbage design and UI/UX make it look like it was created by a first semester CS student, is the official "first step" for learning how to use a $200 product. The settings menu is a joke. Extremely unprofessional and does not inspire confidence in the company, the product, or its customer support.

2021-02-22	An*****	Awesome! A great way to learn this new system of typing. The app had a couple of occasions when it would not work, but I would either reset the app or the tap strap and open back up....perfect! Thank you!

I was hoping that after 10 months that either a firmware update or software update would have fixed it by now. .Taps do type letters in other apps, but this app doesn't seem to recognize any taps at all. Very difficult to learn how to tap if this training doesn't work. Saw the developer response and will try it again. Will update rating once successful.

2020-12-26	Ak*****	My android device has never been so stuck as after opening TapGenius. Start up takes a long time. I had to restart the phone once before the app could open without a crash. Still, I could not even reach the first practice when it crashed again, rendering the whole phone dead. How can a simple training app be so badly written? Maybe they use some bad iPhone emulator under the hood?

Haptic feedback can be felt when the gesture is performed but nothing happens. Additionally, mouse mode can't be turned off in this app EXCLUSIVELY. I have "Keyboard Only" turned on in the manager app, but it doesn't extend to TapGenius for some reason. I would rate it higher if it weren't the official learning app. Needs lots of work.

2020-12-26	Et*****	Sadly, while a nifty idea, this tech is not ready for prime time. Air gestures work, maybe, 50% of the time. Taps are a little better at maybe 75% of the time. I can't imagine a circumstance where I could use this, and wouldn't be able to, and prefer to, use a keyboard. Better luck next iteration

2020-10-16	an*****	Terrible, just terrible\| all of the TAP Apps don't work with the dang thing. I did the latest update, disconnected and reconnected, unpaired and re paired the device and still nothing. I even downloaded Bluestack(android emulator) and tried using it on my laptop, no luck. I'm returning my Tap Strap 2 today. The key strokes are recognized with my phones messenger or laptop but the purpose of the apps are to learn how to use the thing. Don't get the app and don't get the device in general! (TLDR; tried using on S10+ and MSI Laptop it wont work)
