Tapscad: .scad editor

Had an idea for your part but your computer isn't around? With Tapscad you open your .scad files on your phone, change the code and see the 3D model right away.

Tapscad has the OpenSCAD engine built in, so your models render on the phone itself, offline, without sending your files anywhere.

• Tap ▶ and get your model in seconds (Manifold engine, very fast).
• Rotate with one finger, pan and zoom with two.
• Choose the view: code only, 3D only or both at once, with a draggable divider to split the screen your way.

🐞 ERRORS IN PLAIN SIGHT
OpenSCAD errors and warnings show up in a panel, and the faulty line is marked in the code. Tap the message to jump straight to it.

📁 YOUR PROJECTS, YOUR FOLDERS
• Pick a folder on internal storage or the SD card as your project folder.
• include and use work with the files in that folder, subfolders too (your libraries, for example).
• Open .scad files from other apps with "Open with".
• Automatic saving while you type.

🖨️ READY TO PRINT
Export the model to STL in the project folder or share it through the Android menu (Drive, email, your slicer app…). You can share the .scad too.

Tapscad doesn't request internet access or collect any data. It only opens the folders and files you choose.

Tapscad is not affiliated with the OpenSCAD project. It uses OpenSCAD (GPL license) compiled to WebAssembly.
