I like the app. I am having a problem. I just got a new phone, and now my tapjoy app isn't linking up to Garden Joy. Please help me solve this issue, Thank you.

Tapjoy is a scam. They refuse to pay out their own offers avoid using them.

Scam, I've completed multiple offers and provided the info they requested, still they make up an excuse as to way you don't "qualify" for the rewards.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Repeated exchanges with them refusing to explain why I didn't get my rewards even though I met all requirements and they just keep giving robotic email responses trying to close the case. This is internet FRAUD and they need to be accordingly investigated. An absolute pack of awful people.

RUN, DON'T WALK - RUN - AWAY FROM TAPJOY They do not give rewards, stall, and divert in order to not reward you when you play games. I've deleted all of them as a result

This is a SCAM. Even when you complete every step to the letter exactly as required, they still try to deny rewards. Most times you have to fight with their "support" line to get the rewards and now they just deny with no reason, and ignore conversations. Just look at the complaints with the FTC. Do not ever use this company a TOTAL SCAM. UNETHICAL LIARS

SCAM ALERT - YOU WONT EVER GET REWARDED - DO NOT GET THIS APP - FALSE ADVERTISING - MISLEADING - SCAM I have contacted support several times and they barely explain what's wrong and you have to open a new request every time. SAME excuse "the terms of service were violated" this is not true. I have verified I followed them all and they had nothing to say. it's just a scam to bait you into downloading the apps that pay them to advertise. Not worth your time. :)

Tapjoy is a waste of time. The rewards stop working everytime. I haven't had a large reward payout yet. Several time on different games has this happened and if you submit a reward ticket they will tell you something went wrong on your end or you went against some type of standards. Um what?! All I did was played the game. Yall really should be ashamed. Waste of effing time. Horrible customer service. 🖕

It looks like a scum. When I have finished tasks for small rewards everything was smooth. However, for a task with a higher reward I have got nothing. When I contacted Support the answer was that I am ineligible for the reward because they “identified a violation of either our Terms of Service or the requirements set by the offer’s Advertiser”. On all my questions to clearly specify which Terms of Service I have violated they have just repeated this statement without any explanation.

Awful customer service ! I've sent in many tickets that never get resolved. I've paid to get rewards and never actually recieve them. There customer service sends cookie cutter responses and doesn't actually respond to questions. Even when sent proof of completing tasks they still would not help.
