The papers run at the lengths NICET actually publishes, not a rounded-off
sample. Level I is 105 questions in 2.5 hours. Level II is 120 in 3.75 hours.
Level III is TWO separate sittings, because that is how NICET runs it: General
Plans at 70 questions in 175 minutes, and Hydraulics & Water Supply Planning at
60 questions in 4 hours. Level IV is 110 questions in 4h 20m. Sitting a paper at
its real length is most of the preparation.

a drawing scale tool. Every calculator uses actual internal diameter, not
nominal, because that is where hand calculations usually go wrong.
