Scanvoy: PDF Scanner & Editor

Scanvoy turns your phone into a pocket scanner, a complete PDF editor and a PDF converter, with no account and without uploading your documents anywhere.

SCAN ANYTHING IN SECONDS
• Automatic edge detection and cropping for documents, receipts, letters, notes and forms
• ID card mode puts the front and back on one page
• 5 filters: Auto, Magic color, Grayscale, Black & white and Original
• Turn photos into a PDF, or import PDFs from your phone, email or cloud drive
• Built-in QR and barcode scanner

EDIT PDFS, EVEN SCANNED ONES
• Change the words on any page. Text recognition finds the lines on scans too
• Draw, highlight, and add text boxes, arrows, shapes, stamps and pictures
• Whiteout covers mistakes, and every change can be undone or redone

CONVERT PDF TO WORD, EXCEL AND MORE
• Turn PDFs into Word, Excel and PowerPoint files you can edit, with headings, lists, tables and pictures
• Or into OpenDocument, RTF, HTML, Markdown, EPUB, CSV, text, JPG, PNG, WebP, TIFF or one long image
• Scanned pages are read with text recognition, so scans become editable too
• Turn Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument, text, web, e-book and photo files into PDFs

SIGN AND GET SIGNATURES
• Draw your signature, type it in a handwriting font, or take a photo of it
• Add your initials, today's date, and stamps like Approved or Paid
• Fill in PDF forms
• Request signatures: mark where others sign and email the PDF. They sign in Scanvoy in a few taps and it comes back to you signed, with a signing record

COMBINE, SPLIT AND CROP
• Merge whole PDFs, or pick pages from different PDFs and combine them in any order
• Reorder, rotate, duplicate, extract and delete pages
• Split by page ranges, every few pages, or into single pages
• Crop pages or trim the margins automatically, and add page numbers

SHRINK AND PROTECT
• Compress big scans so they fit in an email
• Copy the text out of scans (OCR), including Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Hindi, or make a PDF searchable
• Lock PDFs with a password (AES-256)
• Redact: black out sensitive details, and the text underneath is actually removed
• Add watermarks such as CONFIDENTIAL or DRAFT, or print to any printer

STAY ORGANIZED
• Folders, favorites, and search that looks inside every document
• Reminders for bills, contracts and deadlines
• Light, dark or automatic theme, in 11 languages

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your documents stay on your phone. Scanning, text recognition and conversion run on the device, there's no sign-up, and nothing is uploaded unless you share it. Scanvoy Pro can also lock the app with your fingerprint, face or PIN.

FREE, WITH OPTIONAL PRO
Scanning, signing, annotating, merging, splitting, cropping and form filling are free, and so is converting single files to PDF or PDFs to JPG, PNG and text. Conversions to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the other formats are free twice a day, and a short video unlocks one more. Free exports carry a small "Made with Scanvoy" mark. Scanvoy Pro removes the ads and the mark, and unlocks unlimited conversions, text editing, OCR, searchable PDFs, compression, password protection, redaction, watermarks, unlimited signatures, app lock and backup. Pro comes as a monthly or yearly subscription (the yearly plan has a free trial for eligible new subscribers) or as a one-time purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play.
