Luggage Flow

Luggage Flow is a relaxing puzzle game about routing colored luggage on a conveyor grid. Bags arrive from the left; planes wait on the right. Rotate the arrows on each cell so every suitcase reaches the plane that matches its color. Easy to learn, satisfying to master.

HOW TO PLAY

• Tap a cell to cycle its arrow: up → right → down → left
• Red, blue, and green luggage must exit on the row that matches their color
• Locked cells cannot be changed — plan your path around them
• Reach the target number of correct deliveries to clear the level
• Too many wrong deliveries (wrong plane) ends the run — unless you use Relaxed mode

FEATURES

• 50 levels — difficulty ramps up with more bags, faster spawns, and locked tiles
• Three difficulties — Easy, Normal, and Hard (affects how fast luggage appears)
• Power-ups (limited per level): send all open arrows to the right, slow down time, or teleport a bag straight to the correct plane
