MIMIS

Tamil Nadu is a leading state in the implementation of Per Drop More Crop (PDMC) scheme. Since 2017–18, the Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops has digitized the entire Per Drop More Crop (PDMC) scheme, from beneficiary registration to subsidy disbursement through the MIMIS (Micro Irrigation Management Information System) web portal. 

The MIMIS App is the latest extension of this digital ecosystem, designed specifically for field-level verification. By capturing high-precision, geo-tagged images, the app ensures that every installation is documented at its actual location. This eliminates manual errors, prevents fraudulent claims and enhances accountability in the subsidy release process.

This application is exclusively for authorized officials and field staff responsible for the implementation, inspection, and monitoring of micro-irrigation projects under the PDMC scheme.
