Tangle Census

Tangle Census is an offline cable organizer for desks, media centers, charging drawers, workshops, and every other cord-heavy corner of your home. Build a room-by-room inventory, record connector types and cable lengths, and mark which leads are active, spare, borrowed, or due for attention.

Turn a messy setup into a practical routing plan. Add endpoints, note the route, estimate slack, and work through a focused cleanup checklist. A built-in label queue keeps printable names consistent, while quick filters help you locate the exact cable you need without opening every drawer.

The Insights view summarizes connector counts, spare capacity, labeling coverage, and maintenance priorities. All records, notes, completion states, and preferences stay on your device and remain available offline. Reset the starter setup at any time or adapt it to match your own rooms and equipment.
