User Reviews

At the beginning, when I first subscribed, the service was excellent. Support responded quickly, and any issues with the app were resolved efficiently. However, like many other apps on the market, the quality has declined over time. I have sent an email more than two weeks ago and am still being passed around, with staff needing confirmation from various managers just to approve a simple process. The service has become bogged down in bureaucracy and has lost its efficiency!
