WIR – Work Inspection Requests

WIR is a work inspection request and document control app for the engineering staff of Al Sayar Roads Cont. Co. LLC and its project consultant on road and infrastructure projects. It is an internal company system: access is by an account approved by the company administrator only.

PREPARE INSPECTION REQUESTS
• Create a WIR from the project bill of quantities, with location, quantity and description of works.
• Attach the supporting evidence — survey, laboratory and density reports, shop drawings, NOCs, checklists and photos — as original files.
• Save drafts, submit to your Document Controller and track every revision.

CUSTODY YOU CAN TRUST
• Document Controllers on both sides record receipt, route and hand over each package. Every step is time-stamped with the name of the person who acted.
• Everyone sees who holds a record now, what was decided and what happens next.

REVIEW AND DECISIONS
• Consultant reviewers record recommendations A, B, C or D beside the evidence; comments are required for B, C and D.
• The Quantity Surveyor certifies the quantity and the Resident Engineer records the final decision.
• The certified quantity flows unchanged to the WIR Log and the WIR IPA register.

CORRESPONDENCE
• Exchange RFI, RFA, WN, DS, MS, MIR, NCR and other official letters through the Document Controllers with the same custody trail.

REPORTS AND EXPORTS
• WIR Log, IPA, registers and project reports with Excel and PDF export.

BUILT FOR THE SITE AND THE OFFICE
• English, Arabic and Urdu with full right-to-left layout.
• Changes made offline are sent automatically when you reconnect.
• Each account has one fixed position and sees only the projects its administrator grants.

Request an account in the app; the company administrator approves it before you can sign in. There is no public sign-up, demo or trial. Delete your account any time in Settings or at https://alsayar.netlify.app/delete-account.

WIR is an internal workflow tool. Its records do not replace signed contract documents unless the contract parties agree. WIR is published by Tamam FZC and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government authority.
