E-Commerce Simulator is a hands-on, first-person business simulator about building an online shop from the floor up. Name your store, choose its website theme, select featured products and set a free-shipping threshold. Then step away from the screen and do the physical work behind every sale.

Build a real warehouse

Order stock from suppliers and plan around timed deliveries. When a shipment arrives, its cartons appear in the receiving area. Carry each carton inside and place it in a rack bay. Track inventory carefully: cartons waiting in the receiving area do not become sellable stock until they are shelved.

Choose what to sell

Watch market prices and product trends, decide what to list and set your own prices. A higher margin can help each sale, but poor pricing can slow demand. As your business grows, unlock more than 70 fictional products and move through five warehouse tiers, from a cramped garage to a mega warehouse.

Pick and hand off orders

Orders create real warehouse work. Take a picking cart through the aisles and collect up to four orders at once, using a separate cart shelf for each one. Bring the loaded cart to the delivery area and work toward the courier pickup time you selected. Miss the pickup and the shipment waits until tomorrow. Smart routes and organized racks turn a stressful rush into an efficient fulfillment system.

Run digital advertising

Use two fictional ad networks built around search and social advertising. Choose keywords, audiences, budgets and campaign length. Track impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate and ROAS. Search campaigns reward relevance; social campaigns build brand awareness. Compare results, stop wasted spend and discover which products, prices and audiences work together.

Manage the whole business

Revenue is only half the story. Pay tax, rent, electricity and courier bills. Late payments can accrue interest, and careless decisions can push the business toward bankruptcy. Balance stock, ads, prices and cash flow before expanding.
