I am completely unable to use the app after logging in. Nothing will load. I have uninstalled twice and reinstalled the app. Any suggestions?

App is good and effective but audio not working or loading too late . I tried many times to download for offline use but it can't work . Please linked audio with Google translate because it takes much time to load or sometimes failed. It is very annoying when audio not playing.
