DO NOT SIGN UP! They match you immediately to a random person without any actual idea of what you need so they can charge their fee that they won't refund because you "matched" with someone. You're expected to fumble through and try out therapists instead of even the most basic attempt to gather information to find a good match. Very predatory.

Providers absolutely do not care enough to respond, and when you try to change providers and select NOT to share chat history (because no progress was made so it wouldn't have been helpful), they share it anyway when you start a new chat. No respect for clients' privacy nor time. Also, for some reason, the app tells providers that I experienced SA when I never even did?? It asks for your preferred name but doesn't even give it to providers.
