2026-08-28	JD*****	The absolute worst app now that I have been using for years and now all of sudden I can't even sign in and when I try to I keep getting the "can't complete security check" message. I reached out to support and that was no help and their explanation didn't make any sense at all. Disabling my security settings are out of the question. So im currently at risk of loosing my number and now have to change my number on business emails, website, cards, etc. Very frustrating and disappointing 😞.

2026-08-26	Ro*****	This app was wonderful until recent changes have rendered the app useless. The new version cannot pass Google security protocols when attempting to sign in to your account. You have to search for an older version that is compatible. I wasted money on a premium subscription for an account I cannot sign into. This has been an issue for some time now and the developer doesn't seem to be interested in resolving the problem.

I wrote their customer support!! This is so unacceptable and frustrating as a paying customer! This app use to be 5 stars and whatever talkatone did on this update just made it worthless. The PM should be fired. Hopefully someone at Talkstone actually has clue and fixes this. Sadly I doubt it.

2026-08-25	Ed*****	I just installed at the recommendation of a friend since I am phasing out Google Voice. didn't even make it through signing up. I entered my email and the first error I got said "This app cannot complete a security clearance." I force stopped, cleared cache, tried again. The 2nd time, it froze. The 3rd time it said "An unknown error occurred. Please install the latest version of the app and try again." But I just installed it?? Very confused.
