2026-07-14	Br*****	I was kicked out of my app 4 days ago for. I reason and cannot log back in. I have contacted support and they have been useless, and said my device has been flagged but getting them to respond to communications is impossible. I never had a problem in 11 years of using it until I started paying for the account. this app has by favor the most useless support ever as you can see by their response to my review. This are the typical you get, some chatbot that doesn't help.

2026-07-14	Br*****	This app used to be great for everything I needed from it however after buying a new phone, I cannot log into the app. Customer support basically told me there's nothing they can do so fundamentally the app doesn't even function on a brand new Samsung. the developers tell you to contact their support however their support is the most useless function I've ever met in my life. they don't even try to help you and just keep telling you that login attempt was flagged and there's nothing we can do.
