Rolling out live updates without ensuring the system is stable or prepared to handle potential problems is highly unprofessional. It’s evident there was no adequate backup plan in place, as users like myself are forced to wait 48 hours for a response. The lack of a live chat option to address urgent technical concerns is unacceptable. This leaves users feeling stranded without immediate support.
