Talim K12

Talim is the app teachers use to track their professional development, and that schools and districts use to see it.

Turn professional learning into a lasting record. Whether you attend a conference, complete an online course, lead a workshop, earn a graduate credit, or pursue National Board certification — Talim helps you capture every hour, every certificate, every reflection, in one place that follows you across your entire career.

WHY TEACHERS USE TALIM

• Log any kind of PD activity — conferences, workshops, online courses, vendor trainings, coaching, self-directed learning, graduate courses, National Board, and more.
• Track your hours by category, automatically organized by school year.
• Attach certificates and supporting documents to every activity.
• Generate professional PDF reports for evaluations, license renewals, or your own records.
• Set annual PD goals and watch your progress.

YOUR DATA, YOURS FOREVER

A teacher's Talim account belongs to them — not their school, not their district. Your PD record follows you through every job change for your entire career. Solo teachers can use Talim independently forever, with no school or district affiliation required.

When you do connect to a school or district, sharing your history is always explicit and opt-in. You can leave a school and choose whether they keep a read-only copy or lose access entirely.

PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN

• No social features turned on by default — every connection is explicit.
• Individual teacher data is never sold. Only anonymized aggregate insights leave the platform.

SUBSCRIPTION

Talim is free to try for 20 days. After that, $2.99/month or $24.99/year keeps your account active. Schools and districts can purchase licenses that cover all their teachers — visit talimk12.com/pricing.
