Answer a few short questions about your daily habits: How often do you eat? When do you reach for sugary drinks? Do you regularly brush with fluoride toothpaste? The Simple Rule Behind It

Food and sugary drinks should be part of regular meals. Leave at least two hours between meals. Water is allowed at any time. Brush your teeth twice a day with fluoride. That's all. Sounds simple, and it is. The difference lies in truly integrating it into your daily routine.

Why Frequency Is More Important Than Quantity
Every time you eat or drink something sweet, the pH level in your mouth drops, and bacteria attack your tooth enamel. With three meals a day, your teeth have time to recover between meals.
