User Reviews

Reviews show strong interest in Wind Up, but recurring playback failures, account-access problems, and missing paid tickets or credits undermine the experience. Users also criticize slow support and unclear purchase requirements. The most common concerns are technical reliability and payment fulfillment.

Pros

The Wind Up drama featuring Jeno and Jaemin is a strong draw for multiple reviewers.
Several reviewers were excited to support the drama and watch its episodes.

Cons

Videos frequently buffer, reload, freeze, or fail to play, sometimes leaving users unable to watch episodes.
Purchases often fail to deliver tickets, credits, or memberships despite payment; some users also report missing refunds.
Users report login problems, account lockouts, and authorization errors, including when using multiple devices.
Customer support is often slow or unresponsive when users seek help with access or payment issues.
The purchase requirements and costs can be confusing, with some users unsure which subscription or ticket is needed.

Recent reviews

I purchased the membership through the WIND UP series page, which made me believe the membership included access to the series. Only after payment did I realize that a separate Premium Ticket was required. The purchase system was confusing and not clearly explained. Customer support was polite, but my refund request was denied even though I contacted them shortly after the purchase. I hope the app can improve the clarity of its purchase process for future users.

I was hoping this would be like BTS world or something the lines of that but I was kind of let down since it's a decision game that requires microtransactions not for me but other might like it if they have the money 💰 😔
