SBS Note is a diary app that records short bowel syndrome (SBS) symptoms, nutritional therapy, meals, etc.


◆ physical condition
・The following records
(physical condition, abdominal pain, body weight, body temperature, number of bowel movements, stoma excretion, number of urination, urine volume, water intake)
This will make it easier for you to reflect on your symptoms and share your physical condition when communicating with your healthcare provider.

◆ meal
You can record the contents of meals and the amount of water.

◆Nutritional therapy
You can record the type of nutritional supplement and the administration time.

◆ Graph function
Weight, number of stools and number of urine can be graphed and visualized by week, month and year.

◆ Report the contents of the record
You can save and share the recorded contents by outputting them as PDF data.
