Disappointing and frustrating to use. The lack of notifications is frustrating. It is so hard to plan a day when the rota can change without us knowing. Giving the care providers the freedom to change the rota but not notifying the clients when that change happens adds so much hassle and stress to clients. It`s tantalising to see that the app settings show it supports Adobe`s PhoneGap push notifications, but never actually sends any notifications. Please, please, please sort this out.

Has potential. Would be more useful if families could see what time carers attended/updated the app, or we should have the option to receive notifications upon update. At the moment, we can only see what time the carer is due to attend, rather than the actual times attended. Families should also have the option to add notes, so we can alert the carers to anything they need to look out for.

Very basic,. Very disappointing. An alert when rotas change and the ability to write notes on feedback would be an excellent step in the right direction. I faile to understand why you cannot change the password. Is that not basic security?
