ROADSIDE ASSISTANT is a smartphone app that makes rescue operations quick and easy. It allows you to immediately identify the position of the caller and gives exact information to the Operations Center which sends roadside assistance vehicles to any location in the national territory 24 hours a day.

- In the event of a claim, through the app, the customer can fill in the CID in electronic format. At the end of the compilation, the document can be signed by swiping the finger on the screen of the device; The CID can be filled in both by the people involved in the accident and by witnesses. Geo-localized photos of the accident may be attached to the electronic CID: a watermark ("watermark") will be automatically applied to the photos, showing the date, time and geographical coordinates of the accident.
