User feedback is heavily skewed negative due to rewards and checkout issues. Many report rewards not applying or disappearing, and charges occurring at checkout. Payment/processing errors and cart bugs are common, as are app crashes and white screens. A smaller subset appreciates nutrition info, new item visibility, and ordering ahead features, but overall reliability and feature consistency appear to be major pain points.

Cons

Frequent app instability: crashes, white screens, and generic error messages

Have never used this app without some sort of issue. Crashes, doesn't open, needs me to sign in constantly. McDonald's can do it, why can't Taco Bell?
