Table Flow

Table Flow is a restaurant management app for taking orders, managing tables, and displaying orders in the kitchen. It is built for restaurants, cafés, bistros, and bars of any size, and runs natively on Android devices. Users without an Android device can access Table Flow through the web app at https://systemstableflow.web.app — no installation needed.

Staff take orders at the table on their device. Orders appear instantly on the kitchen display. The kitchen marks items as ready. Servers see when food is done and mark tables as served. Managers get a sales overview at a glance. That is the full flow — nothing more complicated than it needs to be.

SIMPLE SETUP
Getting started takes minutes. As the admin, you set up your restaurant once: build your menu, draw your table layout, and invite your staff with a code. That is it. Staff sign in with their own account and are ready to take orders immediately. Your menu, table layout, and staff list can all be edited at any time as your restaurant changes. No technician needed, no configuration files, no training days.

CLOUD-SYNCED ACROSS DEVICES
Orders, tables, and menus stay in sync between every device on your team in real time. Take an order on a phone at the table and the kitchen display updates instantly. Switch between devices and pick up exactly where you left off. Brief Wi-Fi drops won't lose data — pending changes save locally and sync back the moment you reconnect.
