Baldan Force - App de vendas

Baldan's offline sales app was designed to meet the needs of salespeople operating in regions with limited or no connectivity. Fully integrated with Salesforce, the app allows all stages of the sales process to be executed without relying on the internet, including:

Customer registration and management: Salespeople can access and record detailed customer information, with filters that ensure access only to customers in their portfolio. The app differentiates between dealerships, farmers, and other profiles, allowing for testing and different workflows for each type of user.

Visit and opportunity recording: New visits can be created directly from the customer's registration, facilitating interaction tracking. The app offers shortcuts for quickly opening visit, quote, and contact screens, always automatically populating the selected customer's data.

Machine and asset management: Salespeople can register and edit machines associated with the customer, including those of competitors, allowing for the collection of strategic data for future marketing campaigns. Each machine has detailed fields and synchronization status, ensuring that information is always up-to-date.

Creating and tracking opportunities and orders: The app allows you to create opportunities, configure products, apply discounts, generate quotes, and convert opportunities into orders, all offline. Synchronization with Salesforce occurs automatically when the connection is reestablished.

Only the PartView module (detailed parts catalog) requires a connection due to the large volume of data involved.

Validations and automations: The app has validation rules to prevent registration errors and ensure data integrity, as well as automations to notify salespeople of new orders and facilitate sales funnel monitoring.

Reports and reviews: Users can submit reviews of the app, which are stored locally and synchronized later, feeding user experience reports for continuous improvement.
User-friendly and responsive interface: The app was designed to be intuitive, with side menus, easy navigation, and screens adapted for field use, optimizing salespeople's time and reducing data loss.
