GoMo is appreciated for helping navigate public buses in Ho Chi Minh City and is viewed as more usable than many alternatives. However, multiple reviews report critical reliability and data issues: no live bus tracking, frequent crashes or the app failing to start after updates, maps/navigation problems (search not working, maps not loading, incorrect routes), and a perception that development has shifted to MultiGo with GoMo no longer being maintained.
