I've installed/uninstalled this app 4 times; it doesn't record anything on the app. Refreshing doesn't help either; what a disappointment.

It's tough to determine if it's the app or the watch. The very basic features that I got it for do not work. The watch says "not currently support" in exact broken English. Watch faces do not update, unless you do your own. Embedded watch faces do not update. I question validity of blood pressure and ECG on the watch. The watch does sync to the app, but the watch does not sync data from the app. I recommend not getting any of the slide innovations watches at this poor of performance.
