The app requires complete file system access to perform its CORE sorting workflow: browse source folders → review files → copy/move to destination folders. Without MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission, the app is completely non-functional as it cannot access source folders, write to destination folders, or perform the file organization operations that define its entire purpose.

WHY "ALL FILES ACCESS" PERMISSION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED:
Fast Media Sorter's ENTIRE PURPOSE is sorting files by copying/moving them between folders. This permission is the foundation of every operation:

1. SOURCE FOLDER ACCESS: Browse files in ANY folder (Pictures/, Downloads/, DCIM/, Documents/, Android/media/, user folders) to select files for sorting
2. DESTINATION FOLDER ACCESS: Write organized files to ANY folder the user designates
3. CROSS-DIRECTORY OPERATIONS: Move/copy between arbitrary directory paths
4. ALL FILE TYPES: Sort photos, videos, documents, audio, archives - not just media
5. SYSTEM FOLDERS: Access directories that MediaStore cannot reach
6. NETWORK ORGANIZATION: Download from network/cloud to user-specified local paths

THE APP IS COMPLETELY BROKEN WITHOUT THIS PERMISSION:
- Cannot browse source folders to select files for sorting
- Cannot write to destination folders to complete organization
- Cannot perform copy/move operations that define the app's sole purpose
- The sorting workflow (source → review → destination) is impossible without full file access

MediaStore API (suggested by Google) only works with media files in specific collections and cannot move files between arbitrary directories or access documents - it is insufficient for file manager applications.
