The ME-App (Motivation and Empowerment Application) is an innovative digital tool developed under the Erasmus+ Programme (Project ID: 2023-1-DE02-KA220-ADU-000156511) designed to empower unemployed adults by helping them monitor and manage psycho-social obstacles such as mood, self-esteem, and sleep quality. As the project approaches completion, ensuring the long-term sustainability and continued impact of the mobile application requires a comprehensive exploitation strategy that addresses technical maintenance, financial viability, user engagement, partnerships, and continuous improvement. This plan outlines the strategic approach to sustain the ME-App beyond the project funding period, ensuring it continues to serve vulnerable populations across Europe while maintaining its quality, relevance, and accessibility.
