System Lease Fleet

BLA Fleet is the System Lease Algeria mobile application for customers and drivers using long-term leased vehicles.

Access is restricted to accounts provided by System Lease. The application does not allow you to create an account; your login credentials are provided by your fleet manager.

FOR THE DRIVER

• View your vehicle: mileage, contract, insurance, MOT, and registration sticker
• Report a breakdown in just a few steps, with photos and location
• Request a service appointment and choose the workshop
• Track your appointments: upcoming and past
• Acknowledge an appointment and rate the workshop after the service
• Access your vehicle documents anytime
• Track your requests and communicate with the System Lease team

FOR THE FLEET MANAGER

• Overview of your fleet: available vehicles, vehicles in the workshop, and pending claims
• Alerts for insurance, MOTs, and expiring contracts
• Search and filter across your entire fleet
• Detailed information for each vehicle: driver, contract, expiry dates, and history
• Manage drivers and their contracts
• Track maintenance and claims
• Access your fleet documents

The application connects to your existing System Lease account. The information displayed is from your account: you only see the vehicles, contracts, and drivers associated with you.
