Sysme Cloud

Sysme Cloud lets you view and manage your business from anywhere using information synchronised with Sysme POS.

From your Android phone, you can check your business activity and carry out management tasks without remotely connecting to the computer where Sysme POS is installed.

Check your business activity

Access information such as:

• Sales and receipts.
• Sales invoices.
• Products and categories.
• Stock.
• Customers.
• Cash register movements.

Manage your catalogue

Sysme Cloud also lets you make changes that are synchronised with Sysme POS:

• Create, edit and delete products and categories.
• Update prices and stock.
• Manage product and category images.
• Manage sizes and colours.
• Manage kitchen options and notes.
• Work with simple, composite and combined products.
• Manage lots and expiry dates.

Changes made in Sysme Cloud are downloaded to Sysme POS, while information modified in Sysme POS is kept synchronised with the cloud.

Manage multiple locations

If your business has several locations associated with the same tax ID, you can access all of them from a single Sysme Cloud account while keeping the information for each location separate.

You can also copy categories and products from one location to another, making catalogue management easier for businesses with multiple points of sale.

Sysme Cloud is designed to let you view and manage your business information from your phone without remotely connecting to the computer at your business location.

Requirements

Sysme Cloud is a companion service for Sysme POS and requires Sysme POS to be installed and licensed, an Internet connection and an active Sysme Cloud service.

You can activate Sysme Cloud directly from Sysme POS and use it free of charge for the first month.

Each location connected to Sysme Cloud requires its own subscription period.

When the purchased period ends, Sysme POS stops sending and synchronising new data for that location until the service is renewed.

Sysme Cloud is not a standalone POS system. Sysme POS is required to use the service.
