2024-10-12	So*****	As someone who has used both sides of this app I have to say it's horrible. As a childcare provider it is slow and may delete work you've taken too long to complete making you have to write it all over again. As a parent this app is more than rubbish and I have to find the furthest button ever just to see photos, I can't read quick messages at all (only on the website and even then I can only read them by finding them on the feed). I wish I could review more but this app needs a looooot of work

2022-07-19	Fa*****	Awful. Do not recommend your childcare provider use this system! Not user friendly, slow, not a good interface, so many errors when logging in or if you have multiple children. I have seen great apps that other parents/ childcare providers use and this is shocking in comparison. Not the childcare providers fault by the way, this is down to a genuinely poorly designed and executed application.
