Synvia ePRO is an application intended for participants in clinical studies using the Synvia platform. Through it, the participant electronically registers the information requested by the study protocol, in accordance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP / ICH E6) and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

WHO IS THIS APPLICATION FOR?
This application is intended exclusively for participants formally enrolled in clinical studies using the Synvia platform. Access is restricted by an activation code provided in person by the research center team. People who are not participating in a study will not be able to use the application.

MAIN FEATURES

- Receiving and completing electronic forms as stipulated in the study protocol (clinical questionnaires, validated scales, symptom diaries, medication adherence records, reported adverse events)

- Secure access via 6-digit personal PIN or biometrics, when authorized by the study

- History of submitted responses

- Notifications of new available forms

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Synvia ePRO operates with pseudonymization: the participant is identified exclusively by a code in the SS-NNN format, without storage of real name, personal email, or other directly identifying data in the application. All communication between the application and the servers occurs via a secure channel (TLS/HTTPS), with data stored in infrastructure controlled by Synvia. A complete audit trail ensures traceability according to ALCOA+ principles.
