Lifeline

This app allows you to keep a diary of your health, fitness, diet, exercise, and medication.
The following information can be recorded:
Blood Pressure, Medication, Weight, Exercise, Food, Drink and, a Journal for information which doesn't fit into the other categories.
Every time you add an entry the current date and time is automatically populated to make it as easy as possible to keep a record of the things you decide to.
There is a copy button to make it easy to create an new entry based on one from the previous day for example.
There is also an export facility to export all data to a set of CSV files.
There is also an import facility to import data from a set of CSV files.
