CLEAN is a sanitation management and monitoring application developed for Cantonment Boards (Chhawani Parishad) to improve cleanliness operations, workforce coordination, task monitoring, and field reporting.

The application helps sanitation departments digitally manage day-to-day sanitation activities including task assignment, field staff monitoring, attendance verification, work reporting, and operational supervision.

Key Features:

• Supervisor Dashboard
Supervisors can assign sanitation and maintenance tasks to field workers, monitor task progress, review uploaded work photographs, and track completion status in real time.

• Field Worker Management
Field workers can receive assigned tasks, accept work orders, upload task completion photographs, update work status, and report completed activities directly from the field.

• Attendance & Field Verification
The app uses location services to support attendance marking and field activity verification for operational transparency and accountability.

• Photo-Based Work Reporting
Field staff can upload photographs related to sanitation work, cleaning activities, garbage clearance, maintenance tasks, and public health operations.

• Real-Time Monitoring
Authorized officers can monitor ongoing sanitation activities, pending tasks, completed work, and workforce performance through centralized dashboards.

• Role-Based Access Control
Different user roles such as Supervisor, Field Worker, Admin, and CEO are supported with controlled access permissions according to official responsibilities.

• Reporting & Operational Efficiency
The app helps improve record keeping, task tracking, transparency, and overall efficiency in sanitation and public health services.

CLEAN is intended strictly for official use by authorized personnel of Cantonment Boards and related sanitation departments. Public registration is not available. User accounts are created and managed only by authorized administrators.
