always crashes and the busses are normally 30 min late

Down to 4 stars, downgraded because it has a persistent problem of not working, requiring me to uninstall it, then reinstall it, in order to get it to work properly. The devs really need to fix that, or at least provide users with instructions on how to get the app working again. When it works, it's a five star app.
