2024-10-31	An*****	I don't usually give reviews but I am making an exception for this app. It is truly awful! Half the time it doesn't load, and when it does it'a buggy and slow, and features often don't work. Schedule information is frequently incorrect. The in-app link to provide feedback doesn't even work - had to look it up manually, which tells you how terrible it must be for me to seek it out. YIKES!!!

2023-08-17	Ar*****	Works right after installing, but next day it is the infinite blank loading screen. Wifi and data aren't the problem. Had to reinstall. ETAs are confusing, so just look at the arrow icon that is moving instead. Reinstalling doesn't help either.

2023-03-13	Ki*****	I haven't been able to actually LOAD the app in a few months now... I have to use the website to track buses when I'm out, which is highly inconvenient. I still get alerts, but can't even fully look at them except in the notification bar!

2021-11-16	As*****	Ever since the September "update," it doesn't open at all! The October "update" fixed nothing; it still won't open! What's the point of having a bus tracking app that doesn't work at all?! The old version wasn't always accurate, but at least it was better than the useless new version!

2021-10-30	St*****	A little update to my previous review, it seems loading the app with data instead of the university WiFi circumvents the infinite loading screen problem for me. UPDATE: Unfortunately, this time the app only works the first time around. Second time I try to open the app, it's an infinite loading screen. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app to use it every time. There definitely needs a big fix/update or a rollback to the previous iteration of the app.

2021-10-20	Ch*****	Worked fine before the update, now nothing loads except the logo picture, why update it if it's just going to break the app? Edit: It has been a month and I still cannot use the app, someone else said try wifi vs phone data and it does not help. Please fix this the app is literally unusable!

2021-10-08	Ja*****	Since updating, this app literally crashes upon opening. It is now unusable, and if I'm correct I can't reinstall the old version. Not only that, but the old app freezes and gives so many errors that I was forced to install this more broken version. Do not update if you can help it.

It'll say the bus will arrive in 20 minutes, then two minutes later you'll see that the bus your stop and the ETA had skipped and another bus won't arrive for another 10-15 minutes. You can't depend on the ETA, you have to actually watch the bus beacon to see when the bus will arrive because times are never correct. Sometimes busses will disappear and you have to restart the app for them to show up. Good luck getting it to load before 9 a.m.
