App instability and crashes on some devices and versions.
Missing/broken file management features: no subfolders, cannot move files, offline/favorites issues.

2025-05-20	Ha*****	Newest version is no longer compatible with my phone. 😡 I had Syncplicity on my device and went to open it only to find it wasn't on my phone. I came to the Google Play Store and get a message saying it's no longer compatible. Are you kidding me?!? So now all the documents I had access to on my phone are useless and have to be transferred to another service if I want to continue to access them. Ridiculous! I really was enjoying Syncplicity, but now I'm not a fan.

2023-01-20	Ad*****	Tested the app by uploading 2 separate folders with less than 100 photos each. The first folder stopped 1/2 way and never continued. I waited 24hrs. Still incomplete. Does exact same thing the drive app does. No go for me.

2022-10-18	Go*****	Very often, when starting Syncplicity app on my phone, I'm forced to activate device (although it's the same device all the time). Then I'm forced to go to web site login, activate device, generate code, open the email, input code into web site and only after all that can I start my phone app. It's a big nuisance! Can it be avoided?

2022-01-30	On*****	The UI is topnotch. Upload speed is high. But I have a problem that's been bugging me about the app: why can't I download back to my phone when I want to? I've tried to do so to no avail. I need help in this regard.
