2026-08-05	Ch*****	This app does exactly what it says it will. I can browse my files right from my phone anywhere. The 5 stars is because of their customer service and development team. I have had 2 problems in the years I have had them and they are quick to answer and even quicker to solve the problems. I don't ever see leaving them!

However, I accidentally deleted an important folder and was shocked to discover there's no trash bin or recycle folder to recover deleted files. This feels like a basic feature that should be included by default in any cloud storage service. Adding a trash/recovery option would prevent a lot of stress and data loss for users. Please consider implementing it!
