Meridian: Reflex Tap Runner

One line. Two faces. One tap.
A meridian runs across the middle of the screen, rising and falling like a horizon at sea. You live on that line. Tap to cross to its other face. Hold to ride the line itself. Spires come out of the dark, and there is exactly one rule: do not hit one.

SIX PHASES, THEN IT IS YOURS
READ, CROSS, FOLLOW, PREDICT, THREAD and ALL. Each phase teaches a new way to read the line, and each one arrives faster than the last. After the sixth there is no ending. The run keeps going for as long as you can hold it.
CHAIN IT
Motes feed your combo. Gates only open to a player riding the line. Keep the chain alive and the multiplier climbs, and your rank climbs with it.
BUILT, NOT DRAWN
Nothing you see on screen was painted in advance. The water, the moon path across it, the stars, the horizon and the player itself are all assembled from coloured triangles while you play, and every sound is synthesised on the spot. There is not a sprite in the whole game.
